If you need a backflow test please complete the form below. PDQ will send you an email confirmation and a technician will be sent out to perform the test before the due date. Once the test is done, the report will be sent to the City and an invoice will be mailed to your address.

The customer is not required to be present while the test is being performed, however, if the backflow assembly requires special access (e.g., padlocks, locked gates, aggressive animals) please contact us at (530)756-7084.
